William Dickins (1773-1845) m. 1810 Nancy Pulliam (1790-1871); Thomas Shelton, Jr. (1783-1857), m. 1785 - Hulett. 4. Robert Dickins m. Mary Brown; Thomas Shelton m. 1762 Jane Clopton (b. 1744); John Pulliam m. Elizabeth Wilson (1770-1824). Robert Dickins (1748-1808) was colonel and member of the General Assembly, 1782. He was born in England; died in Granville County, N. C. Thomas Shelton (1742-1846) was appointed corporal, 1776, in Capt. Francis Taylor's company, Col. Alexander Spottswood's regiment. He was born in Louisa County, Va.; died in Brandon, Miss. John Pulliam (1755-1800) enlisted, 1778, in Capt. John Gillison's company, Col. Edward Stevens' 10th Virginia regiment. He was born in Mechlenburg County, Va.; died in Granville County, N. C.
