Beal, 82, of 702 Robbins, Texarkana, died Sunday in a local hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in the East Memorial Chapel with the Rev. David Davies officiating. Burial will be in the Chapelwood Cemetery. A resident of Texarkana since 1919, Beal was a retired stock room manager. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Madie Beal, a son, Leonard Jack Beal Jr. of Torrence Calif., three sisters, Mrs. Lillie Beal, Mrs. Rosa Daves, and Mrs. Mildred Harwell, all of Palo Pinto, Texas; three brothhers, Lewis Beal of Texarkana, Leon Beal of Evans, La., and Looney Beal of Pasadena, Texas. Three grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Louis N. Beal, 76, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday in a local hospital after a lengthy illness. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Shiloh Cemetery with the Rev. Willard Nall officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home. Mr. Beal was born Jan. 31, 1906, in Avenger, Texas, and was a longtime resident of Texarkana. He was a member of Fannin Street Baptist Church and a retired welder. Survivors include one son, Louis O. Beal of Texarkana, two brothers, L. Beal of Pasadena, Texas and Bud Beal, and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Madie Beal, 87, of New Boston, Texas, died Wednesday, JUne 26, 1991, in a Texarkana hospital after a lengthy illness. Arrangements are pending with the Texarkana Funeral Home. Maddie L. Beal, 87, of Torrance, Calif., died Wednesday, June 26, 1991, in a local hospital after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Beal was born Oct. 17, 1903, in Mount Pleasant, Texas. She was a Baptist, a retired nurse from St. Michael Hospital, and member of Rebekah Lodge and Woodman of the World. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Beal. Survivors include one son, Leonard Jackson "Bear" Beal of Torrance, three grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews, including Juanita Hardy of New Boston, Texas and Louise Flanagan of Texarkana. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens with the Rev. William Garner officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home.
