Obit; Lona Burt, April 17, 1950 Texarkana Gazette, Bowie Co, Texas

 Mrs. Lona L. Burt, 35, died at her home at 1018 East Side Drive at 9 am 
 Sunday. A native of Jefferson, Texas, she had been a resident of
Texarkana  for the past 30 years. She was a member of the Central Assembly 
of God Church.

 Funeral services will be held at 4 pm Tuesday at the Central Assembly of
God Church with the Rev. A.C. McGough officiating. Burial will be in Rondo 
Cemetery.
 
 Active pallbearers will be George Flannigan, Charles Hollinger, Dick
Noland,  Hershel Flannigan, Wesley Attaway, and Delton Mills.

 The body was taken to the family home from the East Funeral Home Sunday.
 
 She is survived by her husband, Rex R. Burt; two daughters, Della Lou
Gossett  and Ruby Jean Hall; two sisters, Mrs. E.J. Lee and Mrs. H.E. Flannigan;
her mother, Mrs. B.B. White; and a number of aunts and uncles.
