Obit: Bowie Co Texas - BONNIE MADDUX, 1894, 2001


             Bonnie Humphrey Maddux 106,of Clarksville,Texas died Wednesday 
             August 22,2001 in a Clarksville nursing home.  Mrs. Maddux was born
             September 27,1894 in Blossom,Texas.  She was preceaded in death by
             her husband,Pete Maddux,who died on December 14,1953.  Survivors 
             include one sister,Mrs. Kenneth Elkins of DeKalb,Texas; and a number of
             nieces, nephews, and other relatives.  Graveside services will be 4 p.m.
             today in Knights of Honor Cemetery,Blossom with the Rev. Ray Starnes
             officiating under direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.
