Luther Charlie Green 92,of Redwater, Texas died Sunday May 18,2003 at his home. Mr. Green was born September 19,1910 in Redwater. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, a member of Redwater United Methodist Church and a World War II Army veteran. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Mary Green of Searcy, Ark; one sister, Mary Alice Ward of Texarkana; three grandchildren and one grandchild-in-law, Chelly Hundall of Trinity, Texas; Tiffany and Steve Woolbright of Commerce, Texas; and Chase Green of Searcy; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Texarkana Funeral Home Fuqua-Everett Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Ken Golden officiating. Burial will be in Redwater Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-7 p.m. today at the funeral home. He was also preceaded in death by two wives, Devera Henley Green, on October 2,1950;and Opal Henley Green, on April 2,2003.
