Obituary: Bowie Co Texas - Texarkana - Nora Louise Haynes

Nora Louise Haynes 83,of Texarkana,Texas died Monday July 24,2000 
in a local nursing home. Mrs. Haynes was born January 28,1917 in Texarkana. 
She was a retired retail sales associate and a Methodist. She was preceaded in 
death by her husband, Vernon Lee "Big Boy" Haynes,who died on August 4,1979. Survivors include one sister, Mary Fant of Locust Grove,Va; two special nieces, 
Shirley Turnage of Texarkana; and Anita Fischer of Redwater,Texa; two nephews, 
Steve Funderburk of Texarkana; and Bert Fant of Locust Grove;and a number of 
other relatives. Memorial graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Chapelwood 
Memorial Gardens with the REv. Alma Turnage officiating. under direction of East 
Funeral Home.
