NEW BOSTON, Texas-Claudia Janet Hawley, 75, of Simms, Texas, died Monday, Oct. 
3, 2011, in Simms.

Mrs. Hawley was born Dec. 19, 1935, in Amarillo, Texas. She was retired from 
Red River Army Depot, a member of Southern Swingers Square and Round Dance Club 
and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Hawley; one 
grandson, Michael G. Lebow; and two great-grandsons, Kyle Clark and Ayden Brown.

Survivors include four daughters and one son-in-law, Sherri and Mike Lebow of 
Amarillo, Leticia Brown of Simms, Deena Hawley of Reno, Nev., and Kristi Clark 
of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Debbie Hawley of Hooks, 
Texas; one sister, Sharon Robinson of Baton Rouge, La.; 11 grandchildren; 11 
great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Bates-Rolf Funeral Home with Michael Hardaway 
officiating. Burial will be in Read Hill Cemetery.
