MRS. MAGGIE V, MARKHAM Appearing in the Texarkana Gazette, 29 Feb 1968; Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Thursday at Red Lick Methodist Church for Mrs. Maggie Valera Markham, 80, of Rt. 5, Box 381C, who died at 8 pm Tuesday at her home. The Rev. Stanley Nabona will officiate. Burial will be in Red Lick Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Troy White, Alton Douglass, Coy W. Walraven, Clarence Hicks, Sherman Shipp and J. H. Shipp. Mrs. Markham was a native of Meridian, Miss. She was a member of the Red Lick Methodist Church. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Louie Lindblad and Miss Mildred Markham, both of Red Lick and Mrs. O. D. Lockman of Fort Worth; two sons, Charles D. Markham and Otis J. Markham, both of Red Lick; a sister, Mrs. W. E. Eubanks of Meridian, Miss; two brothers, Tom O.
