Obit: Bowie CO Texas -    STELLA ODOM


             Stella Clark (Mur) Odom 86,of Texarkana,Texas died Tuesday January 8,2002
             in a local hospital.  Mrs. Odom was born October 12,1915 in Redwater,Texas.
             She was a homemaker and a member of Rock Creek Baptist Church.  She
             was preceaded in death by her husband, L.N. Odom and one grandson, 
             Jeffrey Coopwood.  Survivors include three daughters, Rachel Burnett of
             Texarkana; Anna Green of Redwater; and Sue McFalls of Searcy,Ark; seven
             grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
             Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Rock Creek Baptist Church with the Rev.
             Jerry Ford officiating.  Burial will be in Redwater Cemetery under direction of
             East Funeral Home.  Lunch will be served at the church prior to the service.
             The family will be at the home of Anna and Bill Green, Farm to Market Road,
             3098, Redwater.
