Services for John B. Richardson Sr., 73, of Rt. 8 Texarkana,
Texas, who died Saturday afternoon in a local hospital, will
be at 4 p.m. today in the East Funeral Home Memorial Chapel 
with the Rev. I. Eugene Harris officiating. Burial will be in
State Line Cemetary.

Honorary pallbearers willbe B.A. Watson, Minor Davis, Ben
Mizell, L.B. Thompson, Bently Johnson, Curtis Parsons,
Malcom Fountain and other friends of the family.

Pallbearers will be Lee Wright, Purvis Cork, Roy Sims, Harry
Lanbarger, J.C. Culver, Howard Bell Jr., Charles Bell,
and Harold Bonner.


John B. Richardson Sr.

John B. Richardson Sr., 73, of North Park Road died Saturday
afternoon in a local hospital.

Services are pending with East Funeral Home in Texarkana.  

Mr. Richardson was a resident of Texarkana for 55 years. 
He was a retired dairy farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lorenia Richardson of 
Texarkana: a daughter, Mrs. Odis Mattherw of Texarkana,
a son, John B. Richardson Jr. of Texarkana, and three
grandchildren.
