NEW BOSTON, Texas-Keith Allen Riggs, 36, of Marion, Ark., died Saturday, Sept. 
28, 2013, at his home.

Mr. Riggs was born June 2, 1977, in Pine Bluff, Ark. He was a lieutenant with 
Federal Bureau of Prisons, Forrest City, Ark.; member of Village Creek 
Missionary Baptist Church, Forrest City, and Iraq War Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Lani Riggs of Marion, Ark.; two sons, Kane Riggs 
and Ryan Riggs of Marion; his parents, Albert and Deborah Riggs of Forrest 
City; one brother, Derrick Riggs of Wynne, Ark.; four sisters, Angela Vajvoda 
of Texarkana, Chasity Jester and Sarah Smith of Forrest City and Jessica 
Troxler of El Paso, Texas; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bates-Rolf Funeral Home with Albert Riggs 
and Dave Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Read Hill Cemetery. Visitation 
will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to 
Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation (jajf.org).
