Obit: Bowie Co Texas - RICKY SAVELL JR.


             Richard Lee (Ricky) Savell Jr. 15,of Redwater,Texas died Tuesday February
             15,2000 in Redwater from injuries received in an auto accident.  Richard was
             born February 28,1984 in Houston,Texas.  He attended Red Springs Baptist
             Church and was a sophomore at Redwater High School, a member of Future
             Farmers of America and the recipient of the Agriculture Computer Science 
             Scholarship Award.  Survivors include his parents, Ricky and Katy Savell   
             of Redwater; one sister, Amanda Savell of Redwater; two brothers, Cody
             Savell and Andy Savell of Redwater; his grandparents, Celeste Mileski of
             Waller,Texas; Cobie Savell of Buffalo,Texas; and Linda Moore of Livingston,     
             Texas; his great-grandparents, Mary Savell of Navasota,Texas; and Laberta
             Purvis of Waller; and Ruby Jones of Dodge,Texas; and a number of other 
             relatives.  Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church,Redwater
             with the Rev. James Fore officiating.  Burial will be in Redwater Cemetery
             under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home.  The family will be at their home
             in Redwater.
