Lunnie V. Smith 90,of Redwater, Texas died Friday April 9,2004 in a local hospital.
Mr. Smith was born January 20,1914 in Cass County, Texas.  He was retired from
Lone Star Steel and a member of Redwater First Baptist Church.  

Survivors include his wife, Rubye Lee Smith of Redwater; one son and daughter-in-law, 
Jerry M. and Jody Smith of Redwater; one daughter, Judy Ann Frame of Texarkana; two 
sisters, Letha Miles of Nash, Texas; and Iva Chaney of Redwater; two brothers, Elbert 
Smith of Redwater; and Wayne Smith of Longview, Texas; three grandchildren; five 
great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.  Services will be 1 p.m. Monday 
at Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Rice officiating.  Burial will 
be in Redwater Cemetery.  Visitation will be 4-5:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
