Casey Lee Townsend 26,of Daingerfield, Texas died Thursday May 13,2004 
in Lone Star, Texas. Ms. Townsend was born August 30,1977 in Longview, 
Texas.   She was a nurse at Good Shepherd Medical Center and a member 
of Emergency Nurses Association and Jenkins United Methodist Church, 
Daingerfield.   Survivors include one son, Jacob Cade Townsend of 
Daingerfield; her parents, Richard and Karen Townsend of Daingerfield; 
one sister, Sonya Townsend of Daingerfield; her grandparents, J.C. and 
Frances Townsend of Maud, Texas; one niece, Samantha Townsend of 
Daingerfield; one special frined, Mike Catron of Gilmer, Texas; and a 
number of other relatives.  Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Jenkins 
United Methodist Church with the Revs. Scott Darby and John Montgomery 
officiating.  Burial will be in Center Ridge Cemetery, Maud, under 
direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.  Visitation will be 6-8 p.m.
