Emma Frances White, 91, of Maud, Texas, died Monday in a local hospital after a lengthy 
illness. Services will be 3 p.m. Thursday at Primitive Baptist Church, Maud, with
Lowell McCain officiating.  Burial will be in CenterRidge Cemetery under te direction of 
Texarkana Funeral Home.

Mrs. White was born Oct. 5, 1893, at Maud.  She was a member of Primitive Baptist Church
and the widow of Newt Johnson White, who died July 5, 1964.

Survivors include four sons, Eugene White, Thomas White, and Eldridge White of Oakland, 
Calif., three daughters, Juanita Bookout of Texarkana, Mary Lee Anderson of Maud, Texas,
and Virginia Kerr of Fairfax, Mo.; over 100 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and three 
great-great-greandchildren.
