WILLIAM M. SIMPSON Mrs. William M. Simpson, 56, died at her home in Blanket Wednesday morning. She has been living in Blanket for the past fifty years and is survived by her husband, a farmer of that community: five sons, Arlie and George of Blanket, Willie of Brownwood and Frank Simpson of Slaton: five daughters, Mrs. J. C. Shaeffer (Shafer) of Owens, Mrs. Minnie Tucker of Blanket, Mrs.Eline Crow of Abernathy, Mrs. Luther Faulkner, Brownwood: twenty-two grandchildren, one great- grandchild, and a brother, James Oeff(Eoff) of Blanket. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3:00p.m. Rev. Z.T. Blanton officiating. Burial was in Blanket Cemetery. Brownwood Bulletin she died Dec.12,1928
