These records were submitted {to The Chisholm Trail} by Glenn A. Tucker, 

3608 Stagecoach Trail, Plano, TX 76023. Mr. Tucker's ancestor, Waller C. Harris, 

settled in Williamson County, Texas, about 1865 from Albemarle Co. Virginia. 

The bible belonged to Waller Harris' daughter, Mary Elizabeth Harris Alexander.

Waller Carr Harris was born 25th May 1820



Mary Francis Brown was born 13th Jan. 1823



Edgar Lewis Harris, son of W.C. and M.F. Harris, was born March 5th, 1842



Sallie Willie Harris, daughter of W.C. and M.F. Harris, was born 7th Dec. 1843



Bazaleel Lee Harris was born Nov. 1st, 1845



Mary Elizabeth Harris was born 18th July 1848

[married Franklin Alexander, who was born in 1843 and died 14 Oct 1917. She died in 1941. 

Both are buried in IOOF Cemetery, Burnet, TX]



Ira Harris was born 15th Jan. 1851



Ida Price Harris was born Nov. 17th 1853



Eugene Marion Harris was born 28th July 1856

[married Liela ___]



Lucy Harris was born 7 Sept. 1860

[married Lewis Edward Alexander. Lucy died 17 May 1898. She is buried in IOOF Cemetery 

in Burnet, TX. L.E. Alexander next married Alice B. Redford. L.E. Alexander died in 1941 

and is buried in the IOOF Cemetery in Burnet, TX.]



Howell Waller Harris was born 22nd Jan. 1863

[married Virginia ___, who died 1 Sept 1930. Howell W. Harris died 23 Feb 1937. They both 

are buried at Oakwood Cemetery, Waco, TX.]



Mary Francis Brown was born 13th Jan. 1823



Aldretus Price Brown was born 2nd Sept. 1824



Oscar S. Brown was born 17 Aug. 1826



Columbia Elizabeth Brown was born 27th Feb 1828



Lucy Virginia Brown was born 23rd July 1831



Erastus R. Brown was born Sept. 14th 1833



Sarah Susan Brown was born 31st Mar. 1836



Cornelia Victoria Brown was born 21st April 1838



Martha Ann Brown was born 6th Jan 1841



MARRIAGES



Waller Carr Harris and Mary F. Brown were married July 12th 1840



Nathaniel Q. Henderson and Sallie Willie Harris were married Dec. 12th, 1866



Frank Alexander and Mary E. Harris were married July 18th, 1867



DEATHS



Waller Carr Harris departed this life on the 24th day of July 1866



Edgar Lewis Harris departed this life on the during the War. (sic)



Ida died August 19th, 1879



Ida Harris departed this life on the 19th day of August 1879



Ira Harris departed this life on the 23 day of Oct. 1884
