Christian, having heretofore been appointed by the Court to represent said defendants cited by publication, each and all of said defendants having been duly cited by publication one a week for four consecutive weeks prior to the return day of said court, and all parties having announced ready for trial, all matters of fact as well as of law were submitted to the Court, and the court having heard the pleading, evidence and argument of counsel is of the opinion that he law is in favor of plaintiff, and that said plaintiff, Amos H. Jinkins do have and recover of and from the defendants and each of them the title and possession of the land described in plaintiff’s petition. It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that he plaintiff, Amos H. Jinkins do have and recover of and from the defendants James B. Corner of the Mathias Wilbarger sundivision (sic), called also the “Walker subdivision” of the said James B. Allen League. Thence N 19 W 2571 varas the N.E. corner of the John Stearns subdivision of same, Thence S 71 W to the North line of said Stearns tract 608-7/10 varas the East line of the right of way of the H._ T.C. Railroad Thence in a Southwesterly direction, running on a 1° curve to the right parallel with and 50 feet at right angles from the center of said Railroad 34.8 vs to a point opposite 50 feet at right angle from the point of said curve. Thence S 11-1/2 W parallel with said railroad, 1184-2/10 varas to the center of the Austin and San Saba Public Road. Thence with said road line S 45 E 145 varas a drain, 390 varas the most Westerly corner of a tract of 1 acre conveyed by Mrs Sarah Jinkins to W.N. Warden. Thence N 45 E 75 varas the N corner of said 1 acre tract Thence S 45 E 75 varas, the east corner of same. Thence S 45 W 75 varas the S corner of the same the Austin and San Saba road Thence S 45 E 244 varas a drain, 271-9/10 varas the west line of Block No 1 of the Nancy Knight subdivision of the said Allen League. Thence S 19 E with said line at 447-1/2 varas to North San Gabriel Creek, at 652-1/2 varas recrossed the same, at 864-9/10 varas a stake on the S.W. Bank of said creek, whence a large Pecan brs N 71 E 65-2/10 varas Thence N 71 E at 7 varas crossed North San Gabriel, Creek, at 900 varas the place of beginning. For all of which a writ of Posession may issue. It is further ordered and and (sic) decreed by the Court that plaintiff be quitted in his title against any and all claims of each and all of said defendants. It is further ordered by the Court that the statement of evidence adduced and facts proven on the trial of this cause, after the same has been approved by the Court, be filed with the papers of this cause and become a part of the record of this case. It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that Plaintiff pay all costs of this suit, for which execution may issue. The State of Texas / County of Burnet / I, R.E.
