NOBLE ) sum of Seventy Dollars to paid by J. P. Noble of the State 70 acres ) and County aforesaid, have granted, bargained, sold, released and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, release and convey unto the said J. P. Noble all that tract piece or parcel of land lying and being situated in Back Bone Valley, in said County and State described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the S. W. Corner of the subdivision survey from which the land herein sold is taken a stone mound from which a Live Oak brs S 20 o W 25 vs a Blackjack brs S 32 o E 341/2 vs Thence N 44 o 919 vs to a corner in Stalion Creek from which a L. O. brs S 67 W 121/2 Vs a P. O. brs N 55 o E 8 vs. Thence up the Creek with its meanders to the East boundary line of Noble's 300 acre survey. Thence S 30 o W to the place of Beginning. Containing Seventy acres more or less. Together with all and singular the rights, members hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining. To have and to hold all and singular the premises above mentioned unto the said J. P. Noble his heirs and assigns, and we do hereby bind ourselves our heirs and legal representatives to warrant and forever defend all and singular the title to the above described premises unto the said J. P. Noble his heirs and assigns, against the claim or claims of every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. Allsup to me well known and whose name appears to the foregoing instrument of writing bearing even date herewith, and acknowledged to me he signed the same for all the uses, purposes, and considerations therein contained and that at length set forth. Also at the same time personally appeared S. J. Allsup wife of H. P. Allsup parties to the foregoing Deed, and signed the same in my presence and after having been examined by me privily and apart from her husband and having the same fully explained to her the said S. J. Allsup acknowledged to me that she signed the same of her own free will and accord for the uses, puposes, and considerations therein contained and at length set forth and that she wished not to retract it.
