Deed from John Thomasson and wife to E.N.Wolf The State of Texas, County of Burnet. Know all men by these Presents: That We, John Thomasson and Wife Mary E. Thomasson of the County of Burnet, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars, to us in hand paid by E. N. Wolf and the further consideration with E. N. Wolf agrees to pay the taxes assessed against the land hereinafter described for the year l896, and has this day surrendered and delivered the unpaid purchase money notes executed by John Thomasson to E.N. Wolf p. l35. on December 6th l893 for the land hereby conveyed, have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these Presents do Grant, Sell and Convey, unto the said E.N. Wolf, of the County of Lampasas State of Texas, all that certain piece or parcel of land in Burnet County, Texas, containing 320 acres more or less, out of the Samuel Brookshire 640 acre survey. To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said E.N. Wolf, his heirs and assigns forever; and we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and forever Defend, all and singular the said premises unto the said E.N.
