H. Clark, each known to me to be credible persons, each being by me duly sworn upon his or her oath say that they, and each of them, were personally and well acquainted with Thomas Noble and his wife, Sarah Noble, during their lifetime; that they lived together as husband and wife until the death of the said Sarah Noble; that the following children, only, were born of said marriage, to-wit: William Noble, John T. Noble, Martha Noble, who married ______Merritt, Green O. Noble, Nancy Noble, who married ______Benson, Emily Noble, who married ______Allen, James P. Noble, Mary Noble who married ______Reed, Henry Noble, Sarah Ann Noble, who married _____Peyton, Ellen Noble, who married _____Grindstaff, Elizabeth Noble, who married ______Johns and Nathan Noble; that the said Thos. Noble departed this life in Burnet County, Texas, on or about the __ day of ____, A.D. 1865, intestate, leaving his wife, Sarah Noble, and the above named children surviving him and his only surviving heirs-at-law. That Thomas Noble departed this life in Burnet County, Texas intestate on or about the ____day of ______A.D.1865; leaving the above named children his only surviving heirs-at-law. That affiants were each personally and intimately acquainted with the said Thomas Noble and Sarah Noble, deceased, and their said children, and no other issue were born of said marriage, except as above named, and that the said Sarah Noble did not marry after the death of her said husband, Thomas Noble, deceased. That the above named children were all and only surviving heirs-at-law of the Thomas Noble and Sarah Noble, deceased. That after the death of said Thomas Noble, J.P. Noble, one of the children of Thomas Noble and Sarah Noble, deceased, qualified as Administrator of the Estates of Thomas Noble and Sarah Noble, deceased; that as such Administrator, J.P. Noble received the sum of $8,540.00 from the United States Government for an Indian claim belonging to his father, Thomas Noble, deceased; that during said Administration, said J.P. Noble paid following heirs their share of said money, to-wit: William Noble, John T. Noble, Martha Merritt, Green O. Noble, Nancy Benson, Emily Allen, and the following heirs of Mary Reed, who had died, to-wit: Thos. A. Reed, Martha J. Reed, who had married _____Chesser and Elbert Reed, who had married _____Allen; and at the time of his death, J.P. Noble had the sum of $2,681.79 belonging to the Estates of Thomas and Sarah Noble, deceased; that said J.P. Noble departed this life in Burnet County on or about the __ day of ___ A.D. 1905; that on or about the 23rd day of March, A.D. 1905, Otto Ebeling was duly and legally appointed by the County Court of Burnet County, Texas, Administrator of the Estates of Thomas and Sarah Noble, deceased; that Mrs. Amanda Noble surviving wife of J.P. Noble, deceased, delivered to the said Otto Eboling the sum of $2,681.79, which was still remaining in the hands of J.P. Noble, at the time of his death, belonging to the Estates of Thomas and Sarah Noble, deceased. That said Otto Eboling, as Administrator of said Estates, has filed his final report on the condition of said Estates and said final report has been in all things approved by the County Court of Burnet County, Texas on the 25th day of April, A.D. 1929; that said report of said Otto Eboling, as Administrator of said Estates, and the evidence shows the following heirs were paid by him, to-wit: Children of Mary Reed, deceased, Sarah Ellen Reed who had married _____Allen, Bettie Reed who had married _____Ricks, Kate E. Allen Reed who had married Kennedy, Annie Reed and M. Reed who had married Clossom; Henry Noble; the heirs of Sarah Ann Peyton; heirs of Ellen Grindstaff and the heirs of Nathan Noble; and that the heirs of Elizabeth Johns and herself disappeared during the Civil War and have never been heard of since, therefore, this share has never paid, that the said Otto Eboling has turned into the registry of the County Court of Burnet County, Texas, the sum of $378.84; that the said J.P. Noble had considerable expenses administering and collecting claim ... during the time he administered said estates, made a mistake of $272.06, which he paid to heirs and the same should be re-imbursed to the estate of J.P. Noble, deceased. That the said J.P. Noble, deceased, left a will, which has been duly probated by the County Court of Burnet County, Texas, in which said J.P. Noble left all of his property to his surviving wife, Mrs. Amanda Noble, who is entitled to receive any and all property belonging to the Estate of J.P. Noble, deceased. That, at this time, on the 7th day of May, A.D. 1929, that all the heirs are paid by J.P. Noble, as Administrator of said Estates, and by Otto Eboling, as Administrator of said Estate, including Mrs. Elizabeth Johns, with her heirs, have disappeared several years ago, and tht their residences are unknown to these affiants, or any member of the Noble family, or by people who should have heard from them; that said heirs have been gone longer than seven years; that it is conclusive that they will never be heard from by their relatives, that is, the remaining members of J.P.Noble's family who still reside in Burnet County, Texas. That, by the terms of the above mentioned will of J.P. Noble,deceased, Mrs. Amanda Noble of Burnet County, Texas, is the sole heir and beneficiary under the terms of the last will and testament of said J.P. Noble, deceased, and entitled to the sum of $378.06 paid in the registry of the County Court of Burnet County, Texas. Amanda Noble B.H. Clark The Oath of B.H.
