Breeden, Private of Captain James C. McClonahay's Company (A) 49th Regiment of Indiana Infantry Volunteers who was enrolled on the Eight day of November one thousand eight hundred and sixty one to serve three years or during the war is hereby DISCHARGED from the service of the United States this second day of February 1864 at Indianola, Texas by reason of Re-enlisting in Veteran Volunteers No reason to his being re-enlisted is known to exist. Said Isaac N. Breeden was born in Shelby County, in the State of Kentucky, is Forty-two years of age, six feet one inches high, Fair complexion, Blue eyes, Dark hair, and by occupation, when enrolled, a Farmer.
