Nix, constable for Precinct 1, occurred early yesterday morning at his residence in this city. Mr. Nix had been in bad health for several months. He was 46 years of age and has been a resident of Pittsburg a long time. He served as constable and in other official capacities for ten years. A wife and two children survive him. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon under the auspicies of the Woddmen of the World.
