Wootten, aged 67, occured in a Dallas hospital early Monday morning after an operation that was performed last week. She had been in the hospital three weeks. The body was brought to Pittsburg and funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Baptist church. Rev. S. H. Maples and Rev. B. H. Sims. Interment was at Rose Hill cemetery. Deceased is survived by her husband and the following children: Miss Anna Wootten of Shreveport, Rev. E. P. Wootten of Nevada, Tex., Bill Wootten and Morgan Wootten of Pittsburg. She was born in Georgia and moved to Pittsburg forty-two years ago. She was an active member of the Baptist church and was loyal to every trust there as well as in all other walks of her life. The community, her home and her church have indeed lost a most faithful memeber, for whom many beatiful tributes have been paid by those who knew her best. S. Stinebaugh, Mrs. C. Stinebaugh, Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Hood, Mr. and Mrs. Dock Vaughn, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Tollet, Mr. and Mrs. Truman Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Morris, H. W. Smith and Walter Smith of Nevada; Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bailey and children and Ben Bailey of Greenville; Mrs. John M. Lovelace of Wolf City and C. D. Thomas of Cooper. ***NOTE*** The name is mispelled on purpose since it appears on the obit that way. It is actually Spelled Wooten and this person was.......... Sarah Emma Wooten 21 Dec 1936 Dallas
