Died,
at Rusk, Texas, June 2d, 1884, Mrs Almira Holloway, in the 72d year of her age.
Her maiden name was Hampton, of St Clair County, Ala. She became the wife of
George Holloway in the year 1831, and removed to Texas in 1853. George Holloway
died in 1858, and left his widow to care for and raise a large family of children.
