To any Judge, Justice of the Peace, or regularly ordain Minister of the Gospel: 
You are hereby authoized to solemnize the Rite of Matrimony between Mr. Z. B. 
Stokes and Martha A. McNeil and due return make herof within sixty days after 
solemnization.
