That is all the information they have and, of course, do not know the extent he was wounded and know none of the details. Thus, the second time, has it come to the Bronte people that our boys are facing the realities of the cruelties of the enemy. But, let's all be brave, as possible, and meet the situation unflinchingly. The many friends of Mr. and Mrs. Pruitt are anxious with them. Noah enlisted in March and did not train long till he was sent across. Mrs. and Mrs. Pruitt have two other sons in the service. They are Frances and Dwaine. Noah was in South Pacific when wounded and was sent to a hospital in Australia, spending 6 months in recovery. From there he was transferred back to the front in New Guinea.
