Duffy Funeral Services

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in Johnson Funeral Chapel 
in San Angelo for Claude Duffy, 62, Rev. R. L. Michel and 
Rev. R. L. Denton officiated.  Burial was in Mt. Victory cemetery 
in the Brookshire community.

Born April 24, 1907 in Hill county, he moved to Brookshire with his 
parents, the late Rev. and Mrs. Jim Duffy in 1912.  He lived here until 
he married Zora Lee Jones of Norton in 1935.  He had worked for the 
City of San Angelo 28 years. He was a member the Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife; three sons; Joe Dell and William C. of 
San Angelo and Jimmy of Odessa; a brother; Pat Duffy of Andrews; 
two sisters; Mrs. Nellie James of Andrews and Mrs. Fannie Wheat 
of Magnolia and five grandchildren.
