McCutchen Services for J.D. McCutchen, 65, of San Angelo were at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday in Johnson's Funeral Home in San Angelo with Dr. Bryan Oran, pastor of Immauel Baptist Church, officiating. Graveside services were at 2 p.m. at Robert Lee cemetery. He died in Colonial Nursing Home Sunday morning after a long illness. Mr. McCutchen was born July 17, 1912 in Big Spring, son of Mr. and Mrs. William (Bill) M. McCutchen and was reared at Sanco. He was a veteran of World War II and had resided in San Angelo for the past 11 years. Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Eva Belle Fowler of San Angelo, Mrs. Glynince McClelland of Denton, Becky McCutchen, Sharon McCutchen and Jennifer McCutchen, all of Albuquerque, N.M.; two sons David McCutchen of Kerrville and Jim McCutchen of Levelland; five sisters, Mrs. Ruth Service and Mrs. Yvonne Devoll, both of Robert Lee, Mrs. Laverne Cole of Ruidoso, N.M., Mrs. Hilda Atkins and Mrs. Joyce Hood, both of San Angelo; three brothers, Wayne McCutchen of Hereford, Mac McCutchen of San Antonio and Bill McCutchen of Ruidoso, N.M.; 20 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren Permission granted by The San Angelo Standard-Times for publication in the Coke County TXGenWeb Archives.
