Wojtek, 65, died Saturday, January 26, 1991, after a lengthy illness. Service was at 3 pm Tuesday, January 29, 1991, at Ellis Funeral Home chapel with burial in Resthaven Memeorial Park. He was born February 28, 1925, in Robert Lee. He worked for Dawson Geophysical, retiring in 1985. He was a Marine veteran and had lived in Midland since 1961, previously living in San Angelo. Survivors include his wife, Dean "Deanie" Wojtek of Midland; one son, Gary Lyn Wojtek of Midland; two daughters, Kathy Wojtek, and Junette Roys, both of Midland; his mother, Mrs. V. V. Wojtek Sr. of San Angelo; five brothers, O. C. Wojtek and Marlow Wojtek, both of San Angelo, Robert V. Wojtek of San Antonio, Victor Wojtek of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Frankie Wojtek of Eden; five sisters, Beatrice Cobb and Nelda Williams, both of San Angelo, Norma Montgomery of Robert Lee, Goldie Campbell of Fort Worth, and Cleta Norwood of Palestine; two grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
