San Angelo Standard-Times, December 8, 1996 Howard Rosser EARLY - Howard W. Rosser, 78, of Lake Brownwood died Friday, Dec. 6, 1996, in a local nursing home. Service will be at 4:30 p.m. today in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with graveside service at 2 p.m. Monday in the Bronte Cemetery in Bronte. Arrangements are by Heartland Funeral Home. He was born Jan. 14, 1918, in Bronte. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a park warden at Lake Brownwood State Park and was a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, Annie Rosser of Lake Brownwood; two daughters, Peggy Clark of Abilene and June Cummings of Brownwood; two sons, Jack Rosser of Abilene and Dickie Rosser of Austin; a brother, Johnny Rosser of Plano; a sister, Becky Johnson of San Angelo; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
