CURTISS

Sally K. Miller Curtiss, 86, of Odem, passed away Saturday, 
September 20, 1997 in a Corpus Christi hospital following a sudden
illness.

Funeral service was held at 10:00 am Wednesday, September 24, 1997 at
the Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment followed in
Bethel Cemetery in Odem.

Survivors include three sons, Bubba Miller of Odem, Bill Miller of
Baytown, and Joe Miller of Clinton, Oklahoma; one daughter, Billie
Miller of St. Paul, Texas; four brothers, Herbert Rolls of Portland,
Monrow Rolls of Aransaas Pass, Leslie Rolls of Bronte, and Kenneth
Rolls of North Carolina; eight grandchildren; and one great-great-
grandchild.
