Services were held at 1:30 pm Saturday at the Robert Lee Baptist church with grave side services at the Coahoma cemetery at approximately 4 pm with full military honors. Frank Daniels and Ken Green, Church of Christ ministers, officiated. They were also assisted by Rick Flournoy, navy Chaplain. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Nancy Firebaugh Arthur, his sons Lauren "Drake" Arthur and Frank Arthur; his daughter Emily Ruth Arthur, all of Robert Lee; his father R. D. "Rip" Arthur of Coahoma, Texas; his brother Danny Arthur of Longview, Texas; his aunt Mary Helen Broaderick of Conroe, Texas; his aunt Ritzy Anderson of China Spring, Texas; his aunt Earlene Williams of Ashland, Kentucky; a niece Tracey Maples of Lubbock; and a nephew, Jay Arthur of Longview, Texas.
