RUSSELL

Edna Walker Russell, age 79, of Robert Lee, died Saturday, 
December 25, 1999.

Mrs. Russell was a graduate of Robert Lee High School.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rankin Russell, her sister
Agnes Hardin, and her brother, Ralph Walker.

Survivors include her daughter, Helen Kaye Cummings of Austin; son 
William Lee Varnadore of Acworth, GA; two grandsons, William Clay
Varnadore of Ft. Hood, and Clint Lee Varnadore of Athens, GA; sister,
Edith Conger of Zephyr, TX; and brother D. J. Walker of Robert Lee.

Graveside services were 1:00 pm, Tuesday, December 28, 1999, at 
Robert Lee Cemetery in Robert Lee, Texas, with Dr. Logan Cummings
officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the
Alzheimer's Association.

Arrangements were by Harrell Funeral Home in Austin.
