Bill is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Glenda Sparks Fletcher; a loving son, William Keith Fletcher; and a special daughter Lanette M. Fletcher; brothers by marriage, Craig Sparks and Speedy Sparks and their families; and many loving uncles, aunts, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Gladys Fletcher. Services were held on Wednesday, June 21, 2000, at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Bronte, with the Reverend Wade Messer Officiating, assisted by Wayne Hulse. Masonic Rites followed at Fairview Cemetery in Bronte. Service were under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
