Helen Kathryn "Kay" Fleming, 77, of San Angelo died suddenly at her
home, Friday July 7, 2000.

Graveside service was held at 1:00 Tuesday, July, 10 in Lawnhaven 
Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include her daughters, Delryn Fleming and her husband, Skip
Kilmer, of Carrollton, Debbi Meads and her husband, Ron Meads, a son,
David Fleming of Plano, her brother, Hubert Whitt of Midland, 
grandchildren Melinda Goodnight, Jeff Cookston and Michael Meads.
