Jack was born May 22, 1941 in San Antonio. In addition to his mother, survivors include his brothers, Charlie Jr. and spouse, Wyvon, of Miles, Michael and spouse, Diane, of Bethel, Ohio, and Dennis and spouse, Jacque of Bronte; his sisters; Sharon George and spouse, Clarence, of Gillett; nieces and nephews and many caregivers whom Jack considered his special friends. Rosary service was held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, in Robert Massie Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service was at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, at Robert Massie with Father Hubert Wade of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ballinger officiating. Burial followed in Calvary Cemetery in San Angelo.
