Graveside funeral services were held in Coleman Cemetery on Tuesday, Dec. 11. She is survived by her husband, Earl Childress of Brownwood; a daughter and husband, Betty and Mark Phillips of The Colony; one son and wife, Marc and Jan Childress of Brownwood; three grand- children; and one great grandson. Attending services on Tuesday were two nieces, Billie Wallace and husband, Dubb, of Fort Worth and Joan Davis of Robert Lee.
