DUNN

Jimmie Joe Dunn, 69, of Robert Lee passed away Friday morning,
August 17, 2001, at his home.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm Sunday, August 19, 2001, at the 
Pecan Baptist Church.  Burial followed at Paint Creek Cemetery.

Jimmie was born on May 17, 1932, in Wortham, Texas to Jim and Edith
Dunn.  He married Frances Cowart on June 16, 1951.  He worked for and 
retired from Vulcan Chemicals after 21 years of service.  He later
worked for Texaco for 11 years.  They retired to Robert Lee where he
served on the Water Board and worked as a school bus driver.

Jimmie is survived by his wife of 50 years, Frances Dunn of Robert Lee; 
two daughters, Carol Harper of Odessa and Teresa Dunn of Big Lake; one
brother, Bobby Dunn of Robert Lee; and five grandchildren, Carla Boxell,
Roger Joe Gresham, Gina Hernandez, Amber Hernandez, and Amanda Winters.
