KEENER

Bessie Leona Keener of Garland died on Thursday, August 30 at Baylor
of Garland.  Funeral services were held at 10:00 am Saturday, 
September 1, 2001 in Williams Chapel with Bill Abston and Frank 
Bueter officiating.  Interment was held at 4:30 Saturday at the Robert
Lee Cemetery.  Arrangements were by Williams Funeral Directors in
Garland.

Survivors include daughter Barbara J. Herron of Garland, grandson and
wife, Blaine and Lisa Herron of Mobile, Alabama, granddaughter, Deena
Herron of Garland, great-grandson and wife Nathan and Niki Herron of
Plano, great granddaughter Katie Herron of Dallas, one sister Ruby 
Cook of Austin and one brother, J. Douglas Duff of Bryan.
