Ser­vices were held at 10 am, Monday at the Bell-Cypert Seale Chapel with the Rev. Curtis Morgan and Dr. Tommy Culwell officiating. Burial was in Dermott Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert ­Seale Funeral Home. "James" is survived by his wife, Shirley Miller; 3 daugh­ters; Louise Smith and Brenda Seymour, of Lub­bock, Pat Guynes of Snyder; 3 sons; Kenneth Miller of Bronte, Charlie Miller of Lub­bock, and Tim Miller of Frisco; 1 sister, Odessa Whisenhunt of Fresno, CA; 17 grandchil­dren and 8 great-grandchil­dren.
