San Angelo Standard-Times, 16 Jun 2002 TRUMAN CLAY FANCHER Shaffer Funeral Home BRONTE — Truman Clay Fancher, beloved husband and father, of two daughters and two wonderful granddaughters, left this world on Tuesday, June 18, 2002. Truman was born in May 1934 at his parent’s home in Portales, N.M., and is survived by his mother, wife, daughters, son-in-law and granddaughters. Truman Fancher served our country in the U.S. Army and worked as a computer engineer throughout his life. He loved his family, his country, and the outdoors, in particular gardening and fishing. Truman was also an avid reader. Service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 22, at Fort Chadbourne Cemetery. Visitation will be at Shaffer Funeral Home in Bronte, Texas, on Friday evening, June 21, and Saturday morning prior to the services. He will be forever missed and those who knew and loved him will always treasure his memory. We love you Truman, we love you, Dad and we love you, Paw-Paw.
