"Wes" Kinsey, longtime Robert Lee Resident, were held at 10:00 am Monday, January 7, 2002, at the Northside Church of Christ with Tommy Williams officiating. Burial followed in the Robert Lee Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home. Mr. Kinsey, 85, died Friday, January 4, 2002, in the Robert Lee Care Center following a lengthy illneess. Born February 24, 1916 in King, Texas. Wesley married Geraldine Davis on June 6, 1940, in Robert Lee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aima Meyer Kinsey and C. M. "Dock" Kinsey; two sisters, Cleone Fulford and Marylou Markham; three brothers, Edgar, David, and D. D. "Jr" Kinsey, and his daughter Joydell Deen Survivors include his wife Geraldine Kinsey of Robert Lee; one son, John Mitchell Kinsey of North Richland Hills; two daughters, Martha Kinsey Selzer of Dallas and Terri Kinsey Blair of Robert Lee; three brothers, Marvin Kinsey of Lewisville, Arvin Kinsey of Williston, North Dakota, Ellis Kinsey of Stephenville; thirteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Wesley will be greatly missed by his many friends and loving family. Pallbearers were Bobby Hood, David Chesshir, Marty Caston, John L Bruton, Bill Burns and Bill Blair. Honorary pallbearers were J.
