Graveside memorial service was held at 10 am Thursday, December 19, in Fort Chadbourne Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Beverly; a daughter, Deidre Anna Louise of San Angelo; a brother, Tim Richards and wife, Tavia of Hamlin; a sister, Nance L.
