GLENDA FAYE SERVICE Shaffer Funeral Home ROBERT LEE — Glenda Faye Service went to rejoice with her Lord on Wednesday, July 3, 2002, at the age of 56 years after suffering with diabetes. Glenda was born Nov. 25, 1945, in Colorado City, Texas, and graduated from San Angelo Central High School. She was a homemaker and her love of children was her ministry in her home child care service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruben and Francis Dreyer and her sister, Sandra Dreyer, all of San Angelo. Glenda is survived by her loving husband and friend of 39 years, Butch Service, loving Mother of daughter, Johnanna Smith and husband, Max, grandson, Toby of San Angelo and granddaughter, Belinda Smith; her sister, Patsy Crisp and husband, Dewey, of Irving, Texas; and many other relatives, nieces, and nephews. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 6, at the Robert Lee Baptist Church. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in the Robert Lee Cemetery.
