Wallis, 65, died Thursday, Aug. 22, 2002, in an Odessa hospital. Graveside service was held at 3 pm Saturday, Aug. 24, in Paint Creek Cemetery in Edith. Arrangements were by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Survivors include daughters, Rosemary Mosley and Cyndi Wright, both of Odessa; father, James B. Palmer of San Angelo; brother, Bill D. Henry of San Angelo; sisters, Shirley Landfair and Thelma Ball both of San Angelo. He is also survived by three grandsons and four greatgrandchildren.
