The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. *********************************************************************** The Observer/Enterprise, Robert Lee, Coke County, TX - February 7, 2003 Pedro "Pete" Ybarra Pedro "Pete" Ybarra, also known as "Tata", went to be with his Lord Saturday, January 25, 2003 at an Abilene hospital. Service was held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Robert Lee with Jody Rodriguez officiating. Burial followed in the Robert Lee Hispanic Cemetery under the direction of Elmwood Funeral Home in Abilene. Survivors include five daughters and sons-in-law, Julia and Josue Longoria, Sotera and Juan Galvan, and Josephine Rocha all at Robert Lee; Lalita and Eliazar Saucedo and Rosa and Oscar Tavarez both of Abilene; one son, Edward Ybarra and wife Frances of Abilene; three grandsons which he raised as his own children, Salvador Longoria and wife Kelly of Odessa, Pete Ybarra and wife Deborah of Keller, and Reyes Ybarra and wife Josie of Abilene; 22 grandchildren; 39 great grand- children; 7 great great grandchilden; and 1 great great great grand- child; 2 brothers, Inez Ybarra of Ozona, Santiago Ybarra of Abilene; 2 sisters, Regina Santibanez of Fort Worth, and Maria Pena of San Angelo.
