Clay Dell Bell

Clay Dell Bell, 83, born June 28, 1927, at Ft. Chadbourne to Buck and Iva 
Richards, died on Friday, June 3, 2011, in Bronte, Texas. She grew up in 
Bronte, Texas, and married Alvin E. Bell January 7, 1949.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin E. Bell; son, Robert A. 
Bell; and three brothers, Sam, Grant, and Dolf.  Survivors include her son, 
David Bell and wife Teresa; sister, Irmadine McKowen; grandchildren, Wendi 
Bell, Robert Wade Bell; and five great-grandchildren. 

Visitation was held all day Monday, June 6, 2011, at the funeral home with 
the family present from 5 pm to 7 pm.  Graveside service was held at 10 am 
Tuesday, June 7, 2011, in Ft. Chadbourne Cemetery.  Services were under the 
direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
