The Observer/Enterprise, Coke County, TX - May 3, 2013

Terry Lee Payne, 53, of San Angelo died on April 4, 2013, in a nursing 
facility. Memorial service was held on April 8, 2013, in Shaffer Funeral 
Chapel at 2 pm, officiated by Chaplin Elizabeth Barr. 

He was born in Robert Lee on June 1, 1959, where he attended school before 
moving to San Angelo.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Payne; sons Charles Payne, Shaun Payne, 
Dillon Payne, Shannon Sloan and Michael Sloan; brother Ronald Hester; and 
sisters Sharon Arnold, Judith Brock, and Carol Lowrance.
