The Observer/Enterprise, Coke County, TX - July 5, 2013

Delaine Phillips, 52, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2013, at her home 
in Bronte, Texas. A memorial service was held at 10 am, Wednesday, 
July 3, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Bronte. Arrangements were 
by Shaffer Funeral Home.

She was born in Pecos, Texas, to the late Alfred and Francis McIntire 
on August 27, 1960.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Francis McIntire, 
two brothers, Eugene and Ray McIntire and a sister Sandy McIntire.
 
She is survived by her husband, Travis Phillips, a daughter 
Sandy Robinson, a son Colby Davis, four grand children,
Lesli, Nathan, Raylee and Sydney, all from Bronte, Texas, a brother, 
Ronnie McIntire and wife Donell from Bronte, 
a sister; Earlene Kennedy and husband, Neil from Spring Branch, Texas. 
Debra is also survived by many uncles, 
aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
 
Debra was a Christian who worshiped at Forgiven Ministries in Bronte.
